How to Order

Telephoning me, to talk about your order is fine. You will most likely go through to my voice mail ... but ... please leave your message and I will call you back.

Non-refundable, full payment, or 50% deposit in advance for all orders please. Payment can be by: cash, cheque, direct bank transfer, or cards, via the PayPal system. Please note that there is 3.5% added for the PayPal charges.

£15 - £35.00 insured delivery.

Delivery of your order should take about 4 - 6 weeks from receipt of payment. It can vary depending on work load and component availability. ( I will let you know at time of ordering how long your rods are likely to take to complete ) If a component is out of stock for any length of time then you are welcome to select an alternative.
Refunds will not be given unless rod blanks them selves become discontinued.

Rods come with a 12 month warranty on the blanks, for a manufacturers fault.
